Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Pre-Commissioning Technician II in Louisiana to support the pre-commissioning department and mentor junior technicians. The role involves startup and repair of systems while building troubleshooting and time-management skills.

Responsibilities include system flushing, TAB, PRV setting, belt maintenance, and reviewing submittal documents for voltage/amps/HP accuracy. Occasional after-hours work is possible; certifications in EPA 608, OSHA 30, and NFPA 70 are valued.

Qualifications

• EPA 608, OSHA 30 and NFPA 70 certifications required.
• 2+ years of field experience in commissioning/maintenance.
• Ability to develop skills through mentorship and hands-on activity.
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hydronic and VRF systems and chiller operation.

Responsibilities

• Startup less complex equipment and assist higher level technicians with complex equipment.
• Diagnose and repair by supporting senior technicians.
• Support operations with system flushing, TAB, PRV setting, and belt maintenance.
• Review submittal documents to verify voltage, amps, and HP matches.
• Overtime work may be required on occasion.
