Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Pre-Commissioning Technician IV in Missouri to support startup and repair of equipment and systems, and to mentor developing technicians. The role builds holistic system knowledge from individual equipment expertise.

Responsibilities include startup of less complex equipment, troubleshooting with senior staff, system flushing, TAB, PRV settings, and submittal reviews. Travel is 0–5%.

Qualifications

• EPA 608, OSHA 30 and NFPA 70 certifications are required.
• 8+ years of experience in related technical roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge of complex systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to mentor and develop other technicians over time.

Responsibilities

• Startup of less complex equipment and assist with complex systems.
• Diagnose and repair with senior technicians and troubleshoot issues.
• Support operations with system flushing, TAB, PRV settings, belt maintenance, and motor lubrication.
• Review submittal documents to verify voltages, amps and HP details.
• Mentor other employees and participate in after-hours work as needed.
