Job summary

ENFRA LLC in the United States seeks a Pre-Commissioning Technician III to support startup and repair of equipment, mentor junior technicians, and build holistic system knowledge from component level.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, EPA 608, OSHA 30, NFPA 70 certifications, and the ability to work on hydronic and VRF systems, chillers, and related infrastructure; occasional overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• NFPA 70 certification.
• Exposure to more complex system concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to develop skills through mentorship, continuing education and hands-on activity.
• Learning and development is central to being a Pre-Commissioning Technician.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Startup: starting up less complex equipment; assist higher level technicians with complex equipment and systems; gather product info (Model #'s, Serial #'s, Belt, filter sizes).
• Diagnose and Repair: assist senior technicians troubleshooting problems and repairing them.
• Support for Operations: assist with system flushing, TAB, setting PRV's, maintaining belts, greasing bearings and motors before turnover.
• Review of Submittal Documents: verify equipment on job and submittal match voltage/amps/HP/etc.
• Mentoring of Other Employees: provide mentorship to other employees.
• After Hours Work: overtime on occasion.
