Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction experience.
• Proven project management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with design-build, BIM/CAD coordination, or estimating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC and plumbing projects, schedules, budgets, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Manage procurement, change orders, project documentation, and closeout.
• Work closely with field personnel to resolve construction and coordination issues.
• Participate in estimating, preconstruction, value engineering, and client development.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to contract requirements.
