You will mentor project engineers and field crews, estimate and manage projects, build strong GC/Owner relationships, and ensure timely material delivery and effective subcontractor oversight across multi-million dollar scopes.

Qualifications

• Local candidate preferred.
• Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects ($50k–$30M+).
• Strong knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or QuickPen/Accubid.
