Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is hiring a Project Manager for a permanent, full-time role focused on HVAC & Plumbing Construction. The successful candidate will build strong client relations, coordinate with suppliers for optimal pricing and timing, and work closely with the Superintendent, field teams, safety and management to drive projects to successful completion.

• 7+ years of project management experience in a large, commercial HVAC & Plumbing Construction company
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• Advanced CAD reading and redlining; experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and BIM coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.

• Submit change-order requests, RFI’s, and manage project billings for projects.
• Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring we are exceeding state codes and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• 7+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC & PlumbingConstruction company working on large project.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Advanced technical knowledge reading and redlining CAD drawings, working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and other BIM and project coordination/scheduling applications are a plus.
