Qualifications

• Local
• Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC/Plumbing contractors on large commercial projects (50k–30M+).
• Strong knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or QuickPen/Accubid preferred.
