Job summary

ARMSTRONG AIR & ELECTRIC is seeking a hard-working multi-family superintendent in Florida to oversee HVAC build-outs and lead a large contractor team. You will review schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time completion with quality workmanship, while maintaining strong landlord/tenant communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in multi-family supervision, proven project management skills, and the ability to coordinate trades and manage subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a multi-family superintendent preferred.
• Experience reviewing residential HVAC projects and schedules.
• Ability to manage a large team of contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team and monitor build-out progress to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate HVAC project activities across the team and ensure quality installation.
• Review schedules, budgets, and timelines; communicate progress to landlords and tenants.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and manage subcontractor performance.
• Prepare daily logs and timesheets; plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions.
