Reliable Ducts Heating & Cooling in Florida is seeking an experienced Area Manager - HVAC Multifamily New Construction to oversee multifamily HVAC projects from planning through completion. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily or HVAC construction, strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, and a willingness to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience, preferably in multifamily construction or HVAC.
• Experience coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control, and financial management skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead contractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee projects from planning through final completion.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor costs, expenses, and financial performance.
