SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Systems Modeling Engineer to develop, validate, and apply analytical models that evaluate performance, water usage, energy use, and lifecycle economics of cooling towers and related thermal systems worldwide.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience involving HVAC systems, thermal analysis, or engineering simulation.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, psychrometrics, and HVAC systems.
• Experience developing engineering models, simulations, or analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate analytical models of cooling towers and thermal systems.
• Simulate performance across climates, loads, and operating conditions.
• Create engineering tools, databases, dashboards, and automated calculations to aid decision making.
• Provide engineering analysis and recommendations to Sales, Product Management, and Customers.
