You'll lead HVAC projects, develop design standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position requires travel to client sites and strong communication of complex technical findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of MEP consulting and design engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• US Driver’s license; travel to client sites.
• OSHA-10 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida building codes (ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA).
• Experience with HVAC system design and load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-size HVAC projects and develop design standards.
• Prepare plans, specifications and reports for clients across project phases.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Perform field inspections and site investigations.
• Review technical data and ensure quality documentation.
• Attend client meetings and travel as needed.
