Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction projects.
• Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and customer deliverables.
• Knowledge of project controls, contract administration, and construction management best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Develop execution plans, timelines, staffing, and budgets.
• Monitor profitability through cost tracking, labor analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and deliveries to support schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subs, vendors and stakeholders.
• Lead reviews and communicate progress, risks, and actions.
