Job summary

Starr Electric in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within HVAC/construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/mechanical construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all project activities from start to finish.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and work plans, monitor progress and adjust to milestones.
• Lead kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings with stakeholders and clients.
• Serve as main liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams for scope, safety, and quality.
