Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead sheet metal and HVAC projects in commercial and industrial settings in Georgia. The role requires planning, scheduling, and overseeing execution to ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, mentor the project team, and perform site visits to verify progress and safety. A PE or PMP is a plus, with proficiency in MS Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in sheet metal and HVAC systems in commercial/industrial construction.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and sheet metal installation practices and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sheet metal and HVAC projects in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Supervise and mentor project team members.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and address issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
