Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead design and execution of complex commercial and industrial mechanical systems. You will manage projects from concept through construction, coordinating with owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires strong HVAC background, 10+ years of experience, and leadership ability. Occasional site travel is expected, with office and field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BSME degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of mechanical engineering, consulting, or HVAC construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, ductwork, and equipment for commercial/industrial applications.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, MS Project, and HVAC design/analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through final completion.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform site visits, progress reviews, and construction administration activities.
• Mentor engineering staff and contribute to standards and process improvement.
