Haskell is seeking a Mechanical Designer to produce complete mechanical design drawings and perform related calculations for projects across healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, and manufacturing in Charlotte, NC.

The role emphasizes BIM and AutoCAD design, development of construction documents, and coordination with the Mechanical Engineer to meet project schedules. A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design and drafting for mechanical engineering.
• Proficient with BIM and AutoCAD.
• Ability to perform energy load calculations and coordinate with engineers.

Responsabilités

• Conceptual Design: work with Mechanical Engineer to meet building program requirements and standards.
• Detailed Design: create complete construction documents including cover sheets, floor plans, details, and equipment schedules.
• Construction Support: assist field personnel and provide timely solutions to field issues.
• Project Management: maintain design manuals and ensure timely submissions.
• Planning, Scheduling and Profitability: assist in complete design package issues and meet project schedules.
• Leadership: mentor less experienced team members and work within a team.
