Job summary

Level One Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Senior HVAC Mechanic in Bethesda, MD to install, service and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and related environmental-control systems.

The role supports the Uniformed Services University Facilities department and requires strong trouble-shooting and maintenance skills. Candidates should have extensive HVAC experience, proficiency with safety practices, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC required.
• EPA/NA/T certification options preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair HVAC and related environmental-control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and PM scheduling.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment; collaborate with other trades.
• Mentor less experienced HVAC staff.
• Read blueprints and work orders to plan tasks.
