The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Senior HVAC Mechanic to install, service, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems in Bethesda, Maryland. This role focuses on maintaining environmental-control systems, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all users.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HVAC experience and relevant certifications. This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $29.33 to $46.83 based on experience and will primarily take place in a maintenance setting, with a schedule from 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 10 years of HVAC experience necessary.
• Ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems and related environmental-control systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot various systems.
• Mentor less experienced HVAC personnel.

Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions

Extensive knowledge of commercial construction and operations

Skilled in servicing power sources

Ability to read blueprints and written work orders
