Job summary
Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building in Bethesda, MD. You will perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis, inspect and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, repair appliances, and support subcontractors.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime possible based on workload. We value hands-on experience in residential maintenance, a CFC Universal credential, basic electrical/HVAC coursework, and the
Qualifications
- Must possess CFC Universal.
- Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to lift sixty (60) pounds.
- Three (3) years minimum experience.
- Must have experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances.
- Background in residential maintenance, including HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours.
- Appliance repair.
- Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems.
- Provide assistance and support to subcontractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
