Job summary

Level One Personnel is seeking a Senior HVAC Mechanic in Bethesda, MD to install, service and repair heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and related environmental-control systems. The role requires knowledge of heating/refrigeration theory, pipefitting and structural layout, with on-site work in a nonprofit facilities setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Maintain and schedule PMs; coordinate Routine Work Requests with supervisor.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment; work with other trades as needed.
• Mentor less experienced staff and read blueprints/work orders.
• Plan tests, determine parts, install/repair systems with minimal supervision.
