Qualifications

• 8+ years verifiable HVAC experience and licensed.
• Must obtain HVAC contractor's license within 30 days of hire; company pays for testing and renewals.
• Capable of running a team and developing technicians from helper to advanced.
• Strong interest in management and/or training roles.
• Able to teach junior technicians ethical selling techniques.
• Able to research, test, and implement new tools and methods.
