Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking an HVAC Master Mechanic to install, service, and repair environmental-control systems in residential and commercial sites. You will mount compressors, fabricate ductwork, and troubleshoot refrigerant circuits per engineering specs.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC theory, code interpretation, and hands-on experience with Trane Tracer Summit, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years journey-level HVAC experience required.
• Completion of HVAC apprenticeship and FREON recovery certificate preferred.
• Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of some qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair environmental-control systems in various buildings.
• Follow blueprints, engineering specs, and piping/layout requirements.
• Test and balance systems; adjust controls and refrigerant pressures to specification.
• Maintain and repair chillers and HVAC units up to large capacities.
