Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Willingness to commit to a 30-hour OSHA certification after hours and weekends.
• Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
• May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with Journeymen and other technicians on complex equipment.
