Tarantino Properties, Inc. is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC for Columbia Square Apartments in Rainbow City, AL. The role covers responding to service requests, resolving A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and preparing vacants for market-ready status.

Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, leadership background, and strong HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills. EPA HVAC certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Leadership or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• EPA HVAC Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
