Job summary

The Falls of Beechnut Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to join Tarantino-Properties,-Inc. in Houston, TX. You will lead maintenance tasks, handle HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, and prepare vacant units for market readiness.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends. A strong focus on resident service, reliability, and leadership is required, with EPA HVAC certification and a proven track record in apartment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
