Highland Chateau Apartments in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA certification, and the ability to lead a maintenance team while delivering excellent resident service at Tarantino Properties, Inc.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
