Job summary
Entek HVAC in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an Experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to lead diagnostics, installations, and repairs from light commercial to large industrial systems. You will enjoy competitive pay, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
- EPA 608 Certification and WA 06A license required.
- NATE and factory training preferred; strong diagnostics and system knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex diagnostics, installations, and repairs of systems from light commercial to industrial.
- Advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and light refrigeration equipment.
- Provide on-the-job training and ensure safety standards for junior technicians.
- Manage preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and energy efficiency for large properties.
- Communicate with facility managers to explain repairs, provide quotes, and recommend upgrades.
- Represent Entek HVAC with professionalism and urgency on every job.
