Job summary

Entek HVAC in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an Experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to lead diagnostics, installations, and repairs from light commercial to large industrial systems. You will enjoy competitive pay, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA 608 Certification and WA 06A license required.
• NATE and factory training preferred; strong diagnostics and system knowledge.

• Lead complex diagnostics, installations, and repairs of systems from light commercial to industrial.
• Advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and light refrigeration equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure safety standards for junior technicians.

What You’ll Do

• A Senior HVAC Technician leads complex diagnostics, installations, and repairs of systems from light commercial to complex industrial systems.
• Advanced diagnostics & repair: Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and light commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Leadership & mentorship: Supporting junior technicians, providing on‑the‑job training, and ensuring workplace safety standards are met.
• Preventive maintenance: Managing central plant operations to maximize equipment uptime and energy efficiency for large properties.
• Client communication: Interacting directly with facility managers to explain repairs, provide quotes, and recommend system upgrades.
• Represent Entek with professionalism, customer‑first mindset, and urgency on every job.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 8–10 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA 608 Certification & WA 06A license (required).
• NATE & factory training on major equipment brands are highly preferred.
• Advanced start‑up, warranty, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems.
• Deep knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigerant handling, brazing/welding, and HVAC software/controls.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
