Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a hands-on HVAC supervisor in Guam to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of systems while leading a team of technicians. The role requires ensuring quality standards and safety compliance for diverse HVAC/R projects.

You will provide technical guidance, review blueprints, and manage day-to-day operations, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across building automation systems. This is a full-time on-site position in Santa Rita.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• English literacy: read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform related physical tasks.
• Pre-employment drug testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and repair projects.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and installers.
• Perform day-to-day HVAC/R operations.
• Conduct preventive and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC and Building Automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and Building Automation systems and devices.
• Mount and install components per blueprints or specifications.
• Connect controls and electrical wiring; test and adjust system pressures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
