• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Reliable and able to work 40+ hours per week.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will oversee and perform the installation of commercial and residential air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of installing commercial and residential AC systems
• Ability to work in hot, humid environments and confined spaces (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces)
• Experience leading crews and managing job sites
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Reliable and able to work 40+ hours per week
