Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in residential HVAC install/replacement
• EPA Certification required as noted in education section
• High school diploma or GED is required, HVAC program graduate preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead install team in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business
• Maintain communication with office personnel to ensure overall success of the business
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations
• Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork; maintain accurate inventory records
• Must be available for an "on-call" rotation
