The role requires 5+ years in residential HVAC installation and 2+ years in a lead role, with EPA Type II/Universal certification. You’ll work on-site, interact with customers, and help grow the team’s capabilities while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, airflow, and low-voltage wiring.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential installations and oversee HVAC system installs to our high standards for quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Mentor installers and apprentices, helping them grow their skills while keeping projects on track.
• System startup, testing, and commissioning to guarantee peak performance and customer satisfaction.
• Be the customer’s go-to expert—communicate timelines, answer questions, and educate homeowners on their new system.
• Lead wiring, thermostat setup, and system testing with precision.
• Documentation and reporting of accurate job records and material tracking.
• Maintain a safe, organized worksite from start to finish.
• Support logistics with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment.
