Job summary

Binsky Home Service in New Jersey is seeking a Residential Lead Installer to join our team. This role leads HVAC installation projects, mentors apprentices, and ensures installations meet quality and budget expectations.

You will establish strong customer rapport, coordinate with the Install Manager, and stay accountable for on-time completions. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of residential HVAC install experience, HVAC program graduate, EPA certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC technical program graduation preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead install team in HVAC system installations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish strong customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism to win referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain communication with office staff to ensure success.
• Train and mentor apprentices for timely, high-quality installations.
• Participate in training and on-the-job exercises.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain inventory records.
• Available for on-call rotation.
