Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Las Vegas is seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to oversee the installation of residential HVAC equipment, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

You will design and install ducts, perform system startups, and train apprentices while maintaining safety and a clean job site; EPA/NATE certification is preferred but not required, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per standards and manufacturer specs.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform limited diagnostics on systems.
• Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors with drop cloths.
• Conduct before/after walkthroughs of the home and document damages.
• Complete installation forms for reporting accuracy and future reference.
• Communicate scope of work with customers and address questions.
• Perform start-ups on heating/cooling systems and related components.
• Maintain safe working conditions for the crew.
• Train apprentices on equipment setup and testing, including gas lines and wiring.
