Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Las Vegas seeks an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to oversee residential equipment installations and supervise the Installation Technician to ensure quality results. You will design and install ducts, perform routine diagnostics, and maintain safety and reporting standards on every job.

Responsibilities include training apprentices, starting system startups, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the company’s high standards and ethics in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform limited diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors during installations.
• Conduct before and after walkthroughs of the home and document damages.
• Complete installation forms for reporting accuracy and future comparison.
• Clearly communicate job scope and address customer questions.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems and components.
• Maintain safe working conditions for the installation crew.
• Train apprentices on HVAC tasks including unit setup and safety.
