Job summary

All Hours Air is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer in Sparks, NV to direct installation crews from start to finish and advance beyond a typical installer role. You will read blueprints, supervise ductwork, wiring, and equipment installation, and ensure safety and quality on each job.

This full-time role requires 4+ years of installation experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong leadership. Travel to residential and commercial sites is daily, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required; NATE certification preferred.
• Technical or trade school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews in setting up and completing HVAC system installations.
• Perform installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, piping, and equipment.
• Train, mentor, and support apprentices and technicians to develop technical skills.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Conduct system start-ups, testing, and inspections to confirm proper functionality.
• Maintain documentation of completed work, including job notes and photos, in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate professionally with customers about installation scope, progress, and outcomes.
• Delegate daily tasks to keep the crew productive and projects on schedule.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.
