Job summary

Jetson in Centennial, CO is seeking a Lead Installer to set the standard on the job site, guide fellow installers, and ensure every heat pump system is installed with quality and safety.

You will install full heat pump systems, read blueprints, follow codes, mentor juniors, and contribute to building a new market operation with a hands-on, customer-focused mindset. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Strong refrigerant handling, recovery, evacuation, and charging.
• Solid knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience leading an install crew and mentoring junior technicians.
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removal of gas furnaces and old AC equipment.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and proper charging with precision.
• Read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams accurately while troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes before wrap-up.
• Lead and train less-experienced installers on Jetson equipment and processes.
• Maintain high quality standards whether solo or with a team.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve processes.
• Help build the new market operation from the ground up.
