Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a Lead Installer in Windsor, CO to install full heat pump systems, read blueprints, and ensure strict code compliance. You will mentor junior technicians, uphold a high quality standard, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have extensive residential HVAC install experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to lead a crew and troubleshot effectively on-site.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on residential HVAC install experience including attics and crawlspaces.
• Experience leading an install crew, dividing work and keeping the job on track.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing gas furnaces and AC equipment.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot.
• Stay current on local building codes and ensure compliance before wrap-up.
• Guide and support junior technicians on the crew and elevate Jetson equipment knowledge.
