Job summary

R.W. Sullivan Engineering is looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer to lead project design and planning. You will supervise a team, ensure compliance with all regulations, and be involved in all aspects of the HVAC systems' design for commercial, institutional, and public buildings.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, at least 8 years of HVAC design experience, and the ability to manage projects effectively. A PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years HVAC design experience.
• Full knowledge of HVAC applications in various building types.
• Prior team leadership or management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC Engineer on projects, coordinating all aspects.
• Responsible for design and production of HVAC systems.
• Perform Construction Administration duties including site visits.

Skills

Technical background in HVAC systems

Knowledge of state building codes

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
