NorthITe is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer for a senior-level or department head role, remote from the United States. You will design HVAC systems for commercial buildings and manage complex projects across schools, churches, museums, restaurants, retail spaces, and more.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, mentor staff, and manage client relationships while ensuring compliance with state and International Mechanical and Energy Conservation Codes.

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer for a senior-level or department head position, with 10+ years of experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings. The role involves HVAC system design and project management for facilities such as schools, churches, museums, restaurants, retail spaces, and other commercial buildings.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team of engineers, mentor staff, and manage client relationships. An established client base is a plus. Strong knowledge of state and International Mechanical and Energy Conservation Codes is required.

A degree in Engineering is required, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting standards is required, while familiarity with Revit is a plus.
