Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking HVAC Installers to join a team of energetic professionals dedicated to top customer service. You will educate customers on options, install/replace HVAC equipment, and mentor apprentices while adhering to local and national codes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience with refrigerant systems and components.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic/vertical splits, rooftop units.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule.
• Design duct systems for comfort and efficiency.
• Discuss options with homeowners to upsell accessories or replacements.
• Generate invoices and process payments at the job site.
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.
