Job summary

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing, based in Florida, is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, present repair options, and order parts while ensuring code compliance. The role also mentors installers as part of a growing team across Port St.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• NATE certification is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong customer service skills.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC components and controls.
• Build client relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Educate clients on system maintenance and options.
• Document service performed and recommendations clearly.
• Follow quality and safety standards in all tasks.
