Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• 3+ years' HVAC experience with knowledge of refrigeration function.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliability.
• Basic hand tools and testing equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and rooftop units.
• Maintain proper stock and safety equipment in the service vehicle.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule.
• Design duct systems for comfort and efficiency.
• Engage with homeowners to discuss services and potential upgrades.
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.
