Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer IV in Austin, TX. The role focuses on complete installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including ductwork, start-ups, diagnostics, and on-site customer service.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires exceptional attention to safety, accuracy, and professional conduct on all job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification and state licensing as required.
• 10+ years HVAC installation experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in the customer’s home per company specs.
• Perform start-ups, diagnostics, and system balancing.
• Fabricate and install ducts and fittings to spec.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues on site.
• Train junior installers and assist Field Supervisor or GM with audits and planning.
• Maintain company vehicle and complete paperwork neatly and timely.
