Qualifications

• HVAC certification and high school diploma or GED required, with 4+ years of HVAC experience.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certifications as required by laws for the location.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company standards.
• Perform limited diagnostics and balance airflow with minimal supervision.
• Fabricate/install ducts and duct fittings; conduct system start-ups.
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on product sales leads.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately; collect payments when applicable.
