Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC installer to complete residential and light commercial installations. You will install HVAC equipment, ducts, and accessories, and perform start-ups while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. The role includes training others and supporting field supervision, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with HVAC training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in HVAC fundamentals and installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per specifications.
• Perform duct fabrication and installation as required.
• Conduct start-ups and balance airflow after installation.
• Train other installers and assist with supervision and planning.
• Maintain company vehicle, paperwork, and customer interactions with professionalism.
