Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Installer to complete residential and light commercial installations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and support field operations.

The role requires 4+ years HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. We offer robust training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 4+ years of experience.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required for the geographical work area.
• Proficient in HVAC system installation and related accessories.
• Strong duct layout and installation knowledge.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant issues.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes per company specs.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote products and services to customers during visits.
• Train other installers in technical skills and procedures as assigned.
• Assist Field Supervisor or General Manager with site supervision and planning.
• Complete paperwork neatly and maintain company vehicle and tools.
