• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, safety regs and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead elite team of HVAC Installation Technicians.
• Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
• Coach technicians in technical excellence and customer experience.
• Ensure every installation is safe, efficient, on schedule and high quality.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, inspections, and reviews to raise performance.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Partner with Sales, Installation Coordinators, Warehouse, Fabrication and Ops.
• Prepare jobs with right equipment, materials, permits and resources.
• Monitor labor productivity, installation quality, costs, and departmental performance.
• Resolve challenges quickly while protecting customer experience and reputation.
• Lead daily huddles, weekly meetings and one-on-one coaching.
• Develop future leaders with clear paths for growth.
• Continuously improve systems and workflows to increase efficiency.
