Job summary

Country Suburban is seeking an experienced HVAC installation crew leader to manage field crews, install various HVAC systems, and ensure high-quality workmanship. You will travel to customer sites in a company cube truck and coordinate with homeowners throughout projects.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and the ability to train apprentices while maintaining equipment and completing necessary paperwork. This is a full-time on-site position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC installation crews in field settings.
• Strong problem solving and customer communication skills.
• Ability to train apprentices and collaborate with installers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HVAC installation crew in the field.
• Install different HVAC equipment across sites.
• Travel in company cube truck to customers' homes and communicate with homeowners.
• Maintain tools and paperwork for efficiency and reporting.
• Coordinate with Install Manager & Warehouse Coordinator.
