Auburn Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Install Lead in the Cleveland, OH area. This on-site role requires 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience and a journeyman/master license is preferred.

You will lead installs, startups, and troubleshooting while building strong customer relationships. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a competitive hourly rate of $40.00–$50.00, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems.
• Provides startups and troubleshooting for residential HVAC systems.
• Builds strong customer relationships by understanding needs and expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate in training, meetings, and events.
